This has been a very hard week for my little rural community. We were hit hard early Sunday morning by several destructive tornados. Many families lost everything they owned including their homes, but we also lost precious lives. I am so thankful that all of my family and loved ones are safe and suffered only minimal damage.
Our little community came together immediately to help in many capacities. Shelters were set up, food provided, clothing, school supplies, clean up crews, counselors and so much more have been donated and supplied in abundance!
There will even be a community-wide Prayer service for those displaced and affected by the storms. I am so proud to be a part of such a great community!!
